Hey, everyone! We hope you’re enjoying the holidays as the year comes to a close. Today, we have an update regarding the shipping period of the much awaited NEKOPARA figure set.
We know that you’re very excited to receive your order as soon as possible and we thank you for your patience as you waited for news on the figures’ whereabouts. The figures were slated to begin delivery in late December, but due to unforeseen circumstances, including the increased delivery times of shipping during the holidays, our new estimate for delivery in North America is late January.
We are very committed to bringing everyone who has ordered their limited edition catgirls to your home safely. We apologize for the delay and thank you again for your continued patience.

Q: Why has the date slipped to late January? Are shipments affected worldwide?
A: The combination of shipping during the holidays as well as the geographical distances involved have made the North America shipment delayed. The release date for countries outside of North America are unchanged as far as we know.
Q. Why wasn’t this accounted for? Doesn’t it stand to reason that shipping during the holidays would be more difficult?
A. We were assured by the factory that shipping would done earlier and that we would receive them prior to the holiday rush. However, due to circumstances outside of our control, the factory was not able to ship the units ahead of time.
Q. What if I’ve moved or have any other questions?
