Console Ports Update!

In General by Sekai Project

Hello, everyone! I certainly hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas season full of festivities and fun. 🎅 If you celebrate Festivus, I hope you got to air all your grievances out and walked around the steel pole.

Many of you are asking about our console ports, and apart from a bout with pneumonia, I have silently been working on these various ports endlessly to have them hit their projected launch windows. I am happy to report that we are about to hit them solidly! 🎉  Today, I’ll share updates on what will be our 2 first console releases: fault – milestone one and Root Double -Before Crime * After Days- Xtend Edition.

For fault – milestone one, the engine coding is coming to an end and we have begun work in updating assets and adding in new features. Yes, you heard that right: new stuff! One of the most exciting new features is an all-new original score composed by Brazilian musician Luiza Carvalho, who did an excellent job at capturing the feel and atmosphere of the world and milieu of fault – milestone one. We believe part of the incredible strength of fault – milestone one is in the strong women cast in the game, mirrored with the strong women staff behind the game. It’s truly a little marvel and we can’t wait for many more of you to dive into this ever-expanding adventure. As a treat, we have a preview for you today of the new interface that you will see on the Vita and PS4 version, take a look:

As you can see, it’s really shaping up! And it will be coming soon to PS4 and Vita exclusively! If you are interested in more fault – milestone one, please do check out the Patreon for the studio behind the game, ALICE IN DISSONANCE, as they will continue to share updates and samples of the console ports leading up to release.

For Root Double -Before Crime * After Days- Xtend Edition, we are happy to report that the game is now in QA and moving towards its intended release schedule window. The game will be available on the PlayStation Store for your PlayStation Vita, and is brought to you by the original staff at Regista. They worked very hard to ensure the best possible experience for all handheld gamers out there and you can expect this to come your way very soon. Backers will also be notified soon about exact dates as soon as Sony clears everything and provides a release date.

As we move into 2017 and get these releases out of the way during Q1, you can expect details on our next console releases to follow rapidly. We are planning several more releases throughout the year, so these 2 are only the beginning of our many adventures on this brand-new platform. And, of course, we have some surprises lurking in the shadows. We hope you’re looking forward to them! ✨
