We ship via USPS First Class International and they do provide a tracking # only up until it is shipped out of American soil. Once it is outside of USA you will need to track it via your local postal service. Any issues will also fall on your local postal service.
If you wish you can request to ugprade your shipping to “EMS” by e-mailing our support. The cost is $65.
Due to the fragility of this product all shipments will be checked before shipment and any damage will be the responbility of the courier and issues will need to be done by the purchaser.
