• Please note that we may be forced to cancel or postpone the event, or adjust the schedule, due to natural disasters, talent, or other extenuating circumstances.
• Waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue is strictly prohibited.
• Please refrain from bringing large baggage, cosplay props, or other items that may inconvenience staff, performers or other customers. Please leave your baggage in your hotel room or store at your hotel desk in advance.
• If you are using a wheelchair or have other special circumstances that require accommodation, please consult with staff in advance.
• Please note that there will be no refunds unless the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances from the organisers or talent.
• If you do not follow the rules, including the instructions given on the day, you may be denied entry.

Photography & Videography Notice
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. If you have concerns, please speak with event staff.

Gift Policy
We appreciate the generosity of those who wish to give gifts. However, to ensure practicality and fairness, we kindly ask that all gifts adhere to certain guidelines. Perishable items, including food and beverages, are not accepted. We also do not accept electronics of any kind. Additionally, gifts should be of a reasonable size and easy to transport, as overly large or cumbersome items may be declined. The acceptance of any gift is at the discretion of our staff, and we reserve the right to refuse items that are deemed inappropriate or impractical.  We appreciate your understanding and support.
