The developers of Mahou Arms have just made an announcement on Steam that version 1.0 will be delayed till July of this year. Previously, we had noted that Mahou Arms, which originally released on Steam in April 2020 would be exiting Early Access this month.

According to the post on Steam, the game is nearly done and effectively at 99.9% completion but there were concerns that more work could be done to make the game a greater, better experience for users. Aside from issues such as uncommon bugs that should be addressed, there are other quality of life features such as voice acting, extra cutscenes and more enemies to consider. While optional in the grand scheme of things, as the publisher we agree that these are integral to the full gaming experience and want to make sure everything is ready to go when exiting Early Access. This is part of our continued commitment to support our developers and make sure that they are able to achieve the vision they have for their games.

In addition, there are plans to have content updates to Mahou Arms after the 1.0 release. More information on that will be available at a later date.
