The developer, LYCORIS, has confirmed that serialization of the manga spin-off for UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ has begun. First announced back in July 2024, the spin-off manga, entitled UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ -squall-, is being serialized starting in the October 2024 issue of Comic Yurihime magazine which came out on August 16, 2024 in Japan.

The story in the comic serves as a prequel to the game itself and focuses on the early relationship between Tachibana Kaoru and her teacher, Shimotsuki Mirei. The artist behind the manga is none other than Rococo, a popular yuri manga artist who also worked on the manga series, Hokenshitsu wa Futarikiri.

Currently, there is no information on an upcoming English release.

In celebration of the start of the comic, UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ as well as the soundtrack and the recently released voice drama will be on sale this week!
